- Patrons leaving from Monticello Raceway (MR):
Buses will depart from MR promptly 3 hrs prior to posted show times on BW event site and again 1 hr prior to posted show time.Patrons returning to MR:
MR Buses depart as they fill, with the last bus leaving absolutely no later than 20 minutes after the last note is played.
- Patrons leaving from Resorts World Catskills (RWC):
Buses will depart from RWC promptly 3 hrs and 15 minutes prior to posted show times on BW event site and again 1 hr 15 minutes prior to posted show time. Buses may or may not make a stop at MC&R depending on ridership soley at the discretion of Big V.Patrons returning to RWC:
RWC patrons must board buses specifically identified as RWC buses. These are the ONLY buses that will ultimately return to RWC. Buses depart as they fill, with the last bus leaving absolutely no later than 20 minutes after the last note is played.
- Patrons leaving from the Roscoe Beer Company (RBC):
Buses will depart from RBC 1 hr 20 minutes prior to the scheduled show start time as indicated on the BW event site.Patrons returning to the RBC:
Roscoe patrons must board buses specifically identified as RBC buses. These are the ONLY buses that will ultimately return to RBC. The bus will depart absolutely no later than 20 minutes after the last note is played.
- Patrons missing the departure bus:
There is a sweep bus that comes thru approximately 1 hour after the show is over. This bus will return patrons to MC&R. From here patrons can call for a taxi to return to RWC or RBC as needed.
- All DROP-OFFS will be at the BUS LOOP drop-off area.
